Does your door need the wider fit?
Most doors are 35mm thick and the roller you ordered fits those. Some European doors are 40mm, and for those we make a version with a slightly wider opening so it sits properly instead of perching on the edge.
Same roller, same price. If your door is one of the thicker ones, tell us below and we will swap it before your order ships.
Not sure which you have?
Open the door and look at the edge. 35mm is about the thickness of two stacked pencils. If yours looks noticeably chunkier, it is likely 40mm. If you are close to the line, go with the wider one. It still fits a 35mm door.
